HOMEMADE NACHO CHIPS

  • ¾ cup maize meal
  • 5 tablespoons cake flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • water to make soft dough

Mix flour and maize meal.
Add all other ingredients.
Make a soft rollable dough with water.
Divide dough in 3 portions.
Roll out thin like roti and cut into diagonal shapes.
Fry in deep oil and leave on a paper towel to dry.
Once dried top with cheese, jalapeno and anything else you prefer.
Microwave for 1 minutes.
Enjoy with a dip/ sauce of your choice.
