HOMEMADE BREAD ROLLS

Cook: 20 minutes

HOMEMADE BREAD ROLLS

  • 450 g cake flour
  • 300 ml lukewarm water
  • 1 glug sunflower or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1,5 teaspoon sugar
  • 12 g dry yeast

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Knead until pliable dough.
Cover with cling wrap and tea towel, place in a warm place and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven 220ºC or 200ºC for fan oven.
Fold down and knead, place on parchment, let rise for 20 minutes then bake 20 minutes.
Voilà!

Note:
Using cake flour/plain flour as it’s difficult to source bread flour at the moment here in France due to lockdown.
