HEATHER SE “GLAZE” SOUSIE
- 1 blikkie Ideal melk
- 2 koppies room
- ¾ koppie suiker
- ¼ teelepel sout
- 2 eetlepels kakao
- 2 eetlepels mielieblom (Maizena)
- 125 ml melk
- 5 ml vanilla geursel
Meng die Ideal melk, room, suiker en sout.
Sit in ‘n potjie op stoof en bring tot kookpunt. Hou die plaat op lae hitte.
Meng die kakao en mielieblom met die melk tot pasta.
Meng die kakaomengsel in by die melkmengsel met ‘n ballon klitser tot dit mooi glad is.
Voeg die vanilla geursel by en meng deur.
Laat die mengsel net opkook.
Haal van die stoof af, koel af vir 5 minuut en drup oor die afgekoelde koek.
Heerlik ook oor die mikrogolf koeke vir versiering.
Dit is die resep wat ek gebruik.
- MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CAKE
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cake flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons cacao
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup hot water
Put all the ingredients except for the last two in the mixer and mix.
Lastly add the baking powder and hot water.
Mix for 10 seconds. Pour into a prepared microwave pan.
Microwave for 8 min on high.
Leave in the microwave for about 1 minute before you remove it.
Let it cool for a few minutes.
Remove from the pan and let it cool completely.
