HEALTHY CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

“Good morning everyone. Yesterday I made my daughter’s favourite soup – a chicken noodle soup. I would like to share it with you. This is my own recipe, so you guys can play around and send some tips please. You can also freeze it. Enjoy!”

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ½ green or red pepper, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 packets two minute noodles, crushed
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • some  celery, chopped and amount to taste
  • 1 packet chicken noodle soup powder

Brown onion, garlic and pepper in some oil.
Add the crushed noodles with two cups of water.
When noodles are soft, add chicken and celery.
For flavour you can add the spices of the noodles. I normally use the chicken noodles.
Add the packet of chicken noodle soup mixed into enough water, but not too much to make it watery.  Let it cook through and enjoy.
