HEALTHY BROWNIES
Gesonde/ healthy brownies.
No flour, no butter, something nice brownies.
- 3 cups grated sweet potato (I used the white one)
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup honey
- 1 cup cocao powder (I used trumps)
- ½ cup olive oil (light one)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Mix all together in a mixing bowl.
Place in baking pan (I used a small square one)
Bake 20 minutes.
