HEALTHY BROWNIES

Gesonde/ healthy brownies.
No flour, no butter, something nice brownies.
  • 3 cups grated sweet potato (I used the white one)
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup cocao powder (I used trumps)
  • ½ cup olive oil (light one)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Mix all together in a mixing bowl.
Place in baking pan (I used a small square one)
Bake 20 minutes.
