GREEN ONION SALT

  • 3 to 4 green onions, just the green
  • 1½ cups coarse salt
  • baking sheet (parchment paper)
  • blender or food processor
Roughly chop the onions.
Pulse in a food processor or blender.
Do not make it to fine.
Add the salt to the onions and blend until well combined.
Spread the salt on a baking sheet (use parchment paper)
Set oven to lowest and dry for 2 to 3 hours.

In my gas oven we were done in 30 minutes!
