GREEN ONION SALT
- 3 to 4 green onions, just the green
- 1½ cups coarse salt
- baking sheet (parchment paper)
- blender or food processor
Roughly chop the onions.
Pulse in a food processor or blender.
Do not make it to fine.
Pulse in a food processor or blender.
Do not make it to fine.
Add the salt to the onions and blend until well combined.
Spread the salt on a baking sheet (use parchment paper)
Set oven to lowest and dry for 2 to 3 hours.
In my gas oven we were done in 30 minutes!
