GREEN OMELETTE WRAP
- Omelette:
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 2 medium eggs
- 4 basil leaves
- pinch of salt
- Filling:
- keto green goddess sauce
- Ricotta to taste
- some cooked chicken
- sliced avocado
Blend all the omelette ingredients in a blender for about 10 to 12 seconds.
Pour into a heated pan with olive- or coconut oil, and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, with a lid on.
Remove to a plate and add filling, fold up the sides and enjoy.
