GEWOKTE CHINESEKOOL / STIR-FRIED CHINESE CABBAGE

GEWOKTE CHINESEKOOL

  • ⅓ Chinese kool gesneden
  • 150 g spekblokjes
  • 1 ui in stukjes
  • 2 knoflook teentjes gesneden
  • 1 puntpaprika klein gesneden
  • 1 rode peper klein gesneden
  • ½ bakje champignon in plakjes
  • 1 eetlepel olie
  • 2 eetlepels ketjap asin
  • 2 theelepel gemberpoeder
  • 2 theelepel gemalen koriander
  • zout en peper naar smaak

Doe de olie in de wok, doe de spekblokjes er in en bak deze bruin en haast gaar.
Doe de champignons, rode peper, puntpaprika,ui en knoflook erbij, wok dit een minuut of 5-8.
Voeg de chinese kool, gemberboer, koriander en ketjap toe, peper en zout toe.
Wok dit tot je de kool zacht genoeg vind.
Eet smakelijk.

STIR-FRIED CHINESE CABBAGE

  • ⅓ Chinese cabbage, sliced
  • 150 g bacon cubes
  • 1 onion, in pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, cut small
  • 1 red pepper, cut small
  • ½ bowl of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 tablespoons ketjap vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of ginger powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste

Put the oil in the wok, put the bacon cubes in it and fry them brown and almost cooked.
Add the mushrooms, red pepper, bell pepper, onion and garlic, stir for one minute or 5-8.
Add the Chinese cabbage, ginger root, coriander and ketchup, pepper and salt.
Wok it until you find the cabbage soft enough.
