This one is a steak, but you can fill with whatever filling you desire.
  • 3½ cups cake flour
  • 1¼ teaspoon yeast
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 125 g of butter
  • 2 cups of milk
  • Extra
  • egg
  • sesame seed

Sift all dry ingredients into a dish.
Melt the butter in the microwave or stove top and let it cool for 10 minutes then add the egg and milk to it. Mix well.
Combine the dry ingredients with the butter mixture and make a soft dough.
Cover with a cloth. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
Once risen make into a footlong roll. Place on a prepared oven pan.
Fill with chilli sauce, steak filling, jalapeños, colored peppers, fried chips and some cheese.
Make a cut lengthwise and add the filling.
Make sure the filling is closed with some of your dough and brush the top with a beaten egg and some sesame seeds.
Bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.

Note:
This bread recipe is also excellent for making stuffed buns.
