GAMMON BOILED IN APPLETISER
- 1.5 kg gammon
- 2 litre Appletiser
- 2 litre water
- ¼ onion
- 8 cloves
- 2 bayleaves
Place all the ingredients in a big pot.
Boil for 2.5 hours.
Glaze:
I created my own glaze:
Mix equal spoons of apple sauce and fig jam.
Spread over gammon and put under grill to brown.
