FRENCH BREAD WITH HONEY

  • 1 ½ cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 3 ½ or 4 ½ cups cake flour

Combine water, salt, honey and yeast. Let it stand for 5 min.
Add the flour and knead until it is no longer sticky. Cover for 20 min.
Heat oven for 200 ºC.
Cut slits in the dough and bake for 15 – 20 min.
Enjoy!
