FIVE INGREDIENT BROWNIES
- ½ cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup salted butter (Stork bake), melted
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- 5 ml vanilla essence
- Optional:
- dark chocolate
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 23 x 23 cm baking pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar and cocoa powder. In another small bowl, whisk together the butter, vanilla and eggs. Add the egg mixture into the flour mixture, stirring until just combined.
Place the mixture in the greased baking pan.
Bake the brownies for 25 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
Optional:
Melt dark chocolate and pour over before you cut, let it set and serve.
