FANTASTIC EAT SOME MORE COOKIES

  • 500 g butter
  • 1½ cup Maizena
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 3 cups cake flour
  • 1 handful of fine cut almonds

Beat butter and sugar till soft and fluffy.
Sift Maizena and flour together. Add almonds. Make a soft dough with the butter/sugar mixture.
Separate the dough into 3.
Roll each piece like into a Swiss roll. Cover in cling warp and leave in the fridge until firm.
Slice  into cookies and pack on a prepared cookie tray.
Bake in a preheated oven on 180 °C for 20 minutes or until done.

Net ‘n geval van persoonlike opinie – ek bak dit gewoonlik teen 150ºC – juis moet hierdie koekies NIE verkleur nie! Dis heerlik!!
60 ml varsgekapte roosmaryn ipv amandels absolute smaaksessasie!!
