ENERGY BALLS
Quick – no bake energy balls.
- 4 heaped tablespoons of peanut butter (normal or sugar free, I used sugar free)
- 4 heaped tablespoons of desiccated coconut
- 8 tablespoons of rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Mix everything and roll into balls.
Absolutely delicious and a quick pick me up guilt free snack.
Great for lunchboxes too.
Note:
I got 16 balls depends on the size.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for a week in an airtight container.
