EGGLESS BROWNIES
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup choc chips
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Heat oven to 180°C.
Grease or spray a 20 cm x 20 cm glass dish.
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Mix all wet ingredients together.
Add wet to dry and mix well.
Put into dish and flatten.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
Let cool before cutting into squares.
