EASY TUNA FISH CAKES
Lekker kamp kos.
Het vandag die viskoekies gemaak met een van die lekker resepte op die blog. Ek het net bietjie sweet basil en tiemie bygesit en ‘n bietjie knoffel. Net so lekker knyp van elk. Was heerlik en is nou op die eet gereeld spyskaart 😋
- 2 tins tuna, drained
- 3 potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1 onion
- the yellow of 2 eggs, keep the white aside
- 2 tablespoons cornflower
- salt and pepper
- bread crumbs, for covering cakes
Mix everything, except egg whites and bread crumbs, well.
Make cakes, roll in egg whites and then in bread crumbs.
Fry the cakes in hot oil, not to hot, let the cake brown slowly.
Place on a piece of kitchen towel to drain excess oil.
Serve.
