I read the recipes and played around with what I had.

  • 1 kg bread flour
  • 10 g instant yeast (green packet)
  • 15 ml salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • 20 ml cooking oil
  • 500 ml amanzi

Mix all dry ingredients add cooking oil and mix.
Add amanzi and mix everything well.
Leave in a warm place for an hour,  than place the dough in a baking tin.
Put the baking tin in a pot with boiling water and cook till tested done.

I put 3 liter of water in the pot until it was boiling, than I put the pan in and closed for an hour.
I opened after an hour and it wasn’t well done after sticking a knife in, so I let it cook for a further 15 minutes
