5 ingredients. Makes the most amazing cheesecake. So yummy!!

  • Crust:
  • 3 Lotus Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons of melted butter
  • Filling:
  • 115 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 20 g Lotus Biscoff spread
  • Topping:
  • 10 g Lotus Biscoff spread

Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter.
Press into the bottom of a small ramekin dish and refrigerate.
Mix the cream cheese, icing sugar and Lotus Biscoff spread until smooth.
Pour onto base and smooth.
Melt the Lotus Biscoff spread for the topping and and pour onto cheesecake filling.
Refrigerate for an hour then enjoy

I’m sure you can make a chocolate version by using Oreo cookies for the base and replacing the Lotus Biscoff with Nutella.
Seriously YUMMY!!

    Seems very interesting and easy.would like to know how to adjust ingredient measurements to make a bigger cheesecake please.

    • Hi Sonya, all depends on how big you want to make the cheesecake, just take all the ingredients and x 3 or 4, it should work perfect.
      There is so many other recipes for cheese cake on this website, which is also very plain and simple, just look under the categorie for cheese cakes… Enjoy.
