EASY MINI QUICHES IN THE AIR FRYER
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons self raising flour
- ¼ teaspoon mustard powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder, optional
- ¼ onion, finely chopped
- ¾ cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of any of the following:
- Ham/polony/Viennas/tuna/bacon/mushrooms
- smoked paprika for dusting, optional
Mix all ingredients (except paprika) together.
Bake in sprayed silicon moulds or small muffin tin.
Dust with a sprinkle of smoked paprika before baking.
Baking time – 30 minutes at 180ºC in conventional oven or 12 minutes in Air Fryer at 160ºC.
Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream if preferred.
