EASY HOMEMADE BREAD

It had a great rise, good texture and crumb. The yeast is not to much, it is perfect.

  • 2,5 cups cake flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 packets yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • ⅛ cup of oil

Put 2 cups of flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a mixing bowl, mix together.
Make a well in the flour mix and add the water and oil. It will be sticky.
Add the last bit of flour bit by bit until the dough is not sticky.
Knead dough for about 3 mins.
Place back in bowl, cover with a damp cloth and clingwrap and prove for 45 mins. The dough should double in size.
Knock the dough back and place in a praline bread tin, cover again and prove for a further 15 mins or until dough reaches the top of the bread tin.
Preheat oven to 200°C and bake for 40 mins.
