There is always beauty in simplicity.

  • 250g butter/ margarine
  • ¾ cup icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ½ cup corn flour/ Maizena
  • ¾ cup of custard powder
  • 2 cups of cake flour, sifted

Cream butter, icing sugar and vanilla essence.
Add in the corn flour and custard powder and cream until smooth.
Add in the sifted cake flour.
Make a smooth dough with your hands.
Add more cake flour if necessary.
Shape any way you desire. I used a nozzle.
Sprinkle with 100 and 1000’s.
Place on a prepared baking tray.
Bake at 160 ºC for 15 minutes.
