I made a Cremora Tart for my husband’s birthday on Sunday… was delicious. I actually placed the leftovers in the freezer and it’s more like a frozen Yoghurt.

  • 2 cups Cremora Creamer
  • 125 ml lemon juice
  • 125 ml boiled water
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • Base:
  • 1 packet Tennis biscuits, crushed
  • 80 ml melted butter

Crush a packet of Tennis biscuits and mix with the butter. Press in a pie dish to form the base and refrigerate.

Mix Cremora powder with the boiled water, add lemon juice and condensed milk and mix well.
Pour this mixture on the Tennis biscuit base and refrigerate to chill or until ready for use.

Decorate as desired.
