Very cheap and easy cream slices. My daughter asked me to fill hers with raspberries and blueberries, but it is delicious with or without the berries.

  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • 1 packet vanilla instant pudding powder
  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • a few tablespoons of icing sugar to sprinkle over

Preheat oven on 180 °C.
Cut the thawed pastry into desired sizes.
Bake till light brown.
Beat cream and instant pudding for about three minutes.
When pastry is cooled, fill it with the cream filling.
Sprinkle icing sugar over.
