DUMPLINGS WITH LAMB FOR LUNCH
“I am going to share my dumpling recipe. This is one of my favourites. Recipe handed to me by my mum. Can be made with any curry or stew. It is delicious and easy.”
- 2 cups of cake flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 80 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of semolina
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 cup of milk
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Rub in butter to resemble breadcrumbs.
Make a soft dough with the milk. Roll into dumpling sizes.
Just place on top of your curry and leave to cook for 10 minutes with the lid on.
