“DEVILS FORK” SAMPIOENE

“DEVILS FORK” SAMPIOENE

  • 3 pakkies sampioene
  • Marinade:
  • 750 ml olie (olyf olie as jy het)
  • 30 ml Aromat
  • 120 ml Worcestersous
  • 60 ml gekapte knoffel

Meng die marinade bestanddele saam.
Marineer sampioene in marinade vir 4 ure (deurnag beter).
Ryg die sampioene in ‘n vurk of stokkies.
Braai op warm kole en bedien as voorgereg of versnappering.
