DEEP FRIED MELKKOS BALLS
I tried something new tonight. I had left over condensed milk Melkkos from last night.
I added some self raising flour and deep fried spoonfuls.
Then rolled it in cinnamon sugar.
The dark ones are fried longer and are crispy.
The amount off self raising flour depends on the amount off left over Melkkos. I have used about 1 cup of melkkos on 1 cup of self raising.
