DAWN’S CHOCOLATE SPIDERS
Mother’s Day is on it’s way to us and this is a way for youngsters to both gift Mommy something made by their very own hands as well as to have a giggle themselves. And it’s yummy!
- 1 packet or 100 g shop bought dry fried noodles
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter (optional but think how delish Reeses is)
- 200 g cooking chocolate or 2 slabs shop bought, though that is now 160 g it will still work.
- silver balls or pearls for the eyes
Melt chocolate and peanut butter in microwave till smooth (30 seconds at a time, stir, then another 30 seconds etc).
Add noodles and stir very gently to coat while trying not to break up the noodles.
Spoon large tablespoons onto greaseproof paper (shape roundish and push out 4 noodle ‘legs’ a little on each side).
If you have little items like silver balls or pearls amongst your icing items they can be used as ‘eyes’.
Chill till set.
