CUSTARD BISCUITS
- 250 g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup custard powder
- 3 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Beat butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla essence and continue to beat for about 1 minute.
Add the custard powder and mix until well mixed in.
Lastly add the sifted cake flour and baking powder. Make a soft biscuit dough.
Roll out dough and shape as you desire. I just cut triangles.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Dip/drizzle with melted chocolate.
