CREAMY TOMATO SAUCE
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove finely grated (or minced garlic)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5 ml sugar
- pinch of smoked garlic flakes
- pinch of chipotle
- 125 ml cream
Put everything except the cream in a small pot and cook until the liquid from tomatoes begins to evaporate.
Add the cream and blend the sauce with hand blender until smooth.
Use immediately over gnocchi or pasta of choice.
