  • 750 ml water
  • 6 cups sugar
  • 30 ml vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup good quality coffee powder
  • 750 ml Cane (or White Rum)

Add the water and sugar to a pan and heat.
Dissolve all the sugar.
Add the vanilla extract.
Slowly add the coffee powder and bring to boil.
Remove from the heat and add the Cane or Rum.
Cool and bottle.
