CLAFOUTIS FRENCH DESSERT

  • almond powder, as needed
  • plums, chopped, quantity to your taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cake flour
  • 1 cup milk

Butter the dish and sprinkle almond powder onto the buttered dish.
Pack fruit in dish in a layer.
Mix eggs, sugar, flour and milk together.
Throw mixture on top of fruits.
Bake at 170 °C for one hour.

Note:
You can also make it with cherries, apricots and apple.
