CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup semisweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 325ºF (165ºC)
Cream butter and sugar together.
Slowly add eggs and mix properly.
Add mashed bananas, mix and add the milk.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to banana mixture.
Mix well and add chocolate chips.
Mix properly and spoon into a prepared banana bread pan.
Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, more or less 50 – 60 minutes.
You can add coconut to taste if preferred.
