CHILLI GARLIC BREAD

A lovely side dish to a dinner or braai.

  • bread, cut up in triangles (4 pieces per slice)
  • butter
  • a few green chillies, cut fine and mixed with 1 tablespoon of garlic
  • Gouda cheese, grated
  • mixed herbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Butter each slice both sides.
Sandwich with cheese garlic and green chillies.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and mixed herbs.
Bake in an oven at 200ºC for 15 minutes.
