CHICKEN PUFFS
- 1 kg of chicken or 8 pieces
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
- 1 red capsicum, roasted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons chicken spice
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 handful of parsley
- puff pastry
- 1 egg for egg wash
Fry chicken in the pan and add spices and all the ingredients except the parsley. Add the parsley after 5 min. Once the chicken is cooked, pull apart, remove all bones and leave aside to cool.
Cut the puff pastry in blocks and stuff it with your chicken. Fold the four corners inwards like on the pictures or form the pies as preffered. Brush with the egg wash and place on a prepared baking tray.
Bake in the oven at 200 ºC until golden brown, more or less 20 minutes.
