CHEESY POTATO BALLS
- 7 – 8 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 2 cups of plain cake flour, you may need more
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- handful of chives, add as much as you like
- Mozzarella cheese ball, not shredded and diced it into 1 – 2 cm pieces
- panko bread crumb
- oil to deep fry
Mash the potatoes and add the chives and garlic.
Then add your flour one cup at a time and mix well. U may need more.
U need it to form a dough and not to be sticky.
Flour your hands and make them into a ball.
Insert the cheese in the centre and form a ball.
Roll into milk and then into bread crumb.
Refrigerate for 30 min and deep fry.
