CHEESE AND PANCHETTA MUFFINS
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml cream cheese
- 15 ml parsley
- 15 ml spring onion
- 500 ml cake flour
- 15 ml baking powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 250 ml grated Cheddar cheese
- 125 ml fine diced panchetta (or ham)
Oven 180°C.
Mix eggs, cream cheese, parsley and spring onion.
Sieve in flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Stir nice and slow add cheddar.
When well mixed add panchetta.
Bake for 20 min in muffin tin.

Moet dit soos brood deeg lyk? Kom daar nie bietjie water in of iets in nie. Ek het geskat, nie seker presies hoeveel ek by gegooi het nie, so om en by 125 ml melk.
