CHEDDAR BISCUITS
Just out of the oven. Healthy and delicious!
- 125 g butter
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 cup of cake flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups of grated Cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients together.
Form into little balls, lay on a baking pan and flatten with fork.
Bake at 170° C for 15 minutes.
Variations:
You can add black pepper or mixed herbs if preferred.
