CHAMPIGNON KIP / MUSHROOM CHICKEN

Uit de slow cooker / Made in the slow cooker

  • 1 blik champignon soep (300 ml) / can of mushroom soup
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 kipboullion blokjes / chicken stock cubes
  • 1 teelepel zout / salt
  • ½ teelepel peper / pepper
  • ½ teelepel gedroogde tijm / dried thyme
  • kipkruiden / chicken spice
  • 1 pond kipfilet / pound chicken breast
  • 650 gram champignon in plakjes / sliced mushroom
  • allesbinder / extra thickener like Maizina or flour

Doe de soep in de slowcooker,doe het water er bij.
Doe de peper, tijm en zout en de kipboullion blokjes (in kleine stukjes) erbij.
Snij de kip in kleine stukjes, bestrooi het naar smaak met de Kipkruiden, doe dit in de slowcooker roer dit door elkaar.
Leg de gesneden champignon er op.
Zet de slowcooker op low 5 uur.
Als er teveel vocht in zit haal het eruit en bind de rest met allesbinder tot de dikte die je wil.

Put the soup in the slow cooker, add the water.
Add the pepper, thyme,  salt and the chicken stock cubes (in small pieces).
Cut the chicken into small pieces, sprinkle it with the chicken herbs to taste, put it in the slow cooker and stir it together.
Place the sliced mushroom on top.
Set the slow cooker on low for 5 hours.
If there is too much moisture in it, bind it with the thickener to the thickness you want.
