BURGENLÄNDER
Kersfees🍪🎄 Fresh out of the oven.
- 275 g cake flour
- 250 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 3 egg yolk
- 3 egg whites
- 250 g sieved powdered sugar
- Extra:
- jam of choice
Knead the first 4 ingredients well and let it rest in the refrigerator. Roll out dough and cut out cookies.
Place the cookies on a prepared cookie sheet/pan.
Beat the egg whites for approximately 10 minutes, then add the sieved powdered sugar and beat for at least 15 minutes. This is important, as otherwise the egg whites will melt.
With a star nozzle, spout small dots around the cookies.
Bake at 160 °C. fot 15 min. bake upper / lower heat.
Put jam in the middle after the the cookies came out of the oven.
