BREAD BAKED WITH CAKE FLOUR

  • 4 cups cake flour
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 cups of lukewarm water
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoon oil

Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Beat the egg and oil together, add to the dry ingredients, then add the lukewarm water.
Using a spoon mix everything together.
Place it in you bread tin and let it rise for about 10 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180ºC.
