  • 1 loaf bread Sasko/Albany (big slices)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup ham
  • 1 cup Cheddar, Mozerella (half each)
  • quarter fresh chives “leave extra for garnish”
  • 3 eggs

Mix cheese, ham, salt, pepper and chives and set aside.
Mix eggs, salt and pepper.
Cut off crust of bread, roll flat and add on two tablespoons of cheese mixture.
Roll flat on bread and roll it up, dip in egg mixture and fry on low/medium heat in little olive oil or sunflower oil.
Fry until golden brown, garnish with chives. Serve with tamato sauce.
