BOOMIE HILLS DESERT
- 1 tin of condensed milk
- 1 packet of Tennis biscuits or Eat-sum-more
- 250 ml fresh cream
- 40 ml lemon juice
- 2 Flakes (crushed) OR 50 g chocolate, grated
Beat the condensed milk and the lemon juice together (the lemon juice helps the dessert to set).
Add the cream and continue to beat.
Crush the biscuits and add them to the mixture.
Add the chocolate (leaving a small remainder behind to decorate with).
