BILTONG AND BLUE CHEESE QUICHES

  • 200 g biltong
  • 1 wedge of Blue Cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 250 ml cream or coconut milk, you can also use fresh milk
  • handful of Italian flat leaf parsley
  • seasoning

Dice biltong finely, crumble blue cheese, chop parsley.
Beat eggs and cream together, add rest of ingredients and mix, season with salt and pepper.
Spray and cook a muffin pan, using a soup ladle, pour mixture into muffin pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ºC until set ± 15 minutes.
Decorate with sliced biltong and crumbled blue cheese.

    • Hi Owen. Ja jy sal dit die dag voor die tyd kan maak indien jy dit koud gaan bedien. Maar as jy dit warm of kamertemperatuur gaan beidn stel ek voor bak dit die dag waarop jy dit gaan bedien, onthou vars is altyd lekkerder, en omdat daar so baie eier in is, weet ek nie hoe dit gaan opwarm nie. Geniet en laat weet gerus.
