BEEF STROGANOFF ALA JENNIFER
- 3 pieces rump steak, cut into thin slices
- garlic
- spring onions
- 1 onion
- 2 large mushrooms
- ½ a green, yellow and red pepper, cut into strips
- 300 ml sour cream
- 200 ml double cream
- salt and black pepper
- parsley
Fry the steak on medium high heat in a little oil/butter combination until just brown.
Remove and place in a bowl.
Add the spring onions, garlic and onions to the pan and gently fry for about 5 minutes.
Add the other veggies and fry for a further 5 mins.
Add the sour cream and cream and let it blend with the vegetables. Add spices to taste.
Then stir in the steak just to get it heated.
Switch off heat and sprinkle fresh parsley in top.
