BEEF AND PORK BANGER PATTIES

  • 600 g lean beef mince
  • 375 g Eskort Mediterranean flavour pork bangers

Squeeze the meat out of the pork banger casing and mix with the beef mince. No other seasoning is required.
Shape the patties and shallow fry turning only once in heavy cast iron griddle pan for about 4 minutes per side. Depending on how well cooked you want your meat.
Serve immediately on hamburger buns with cut sides toasted crisp and trimmings as required.
