BEEF AND KING OYSTER MUSHROOM STIR FRY

Beef and King oyster mushroom stir fry with carrots, Broccolini red and green capsicums, snow peas, onions ginger, garlic, golden Hokkien noodles, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce.

  • 1 kg of beef, sliced up
  • 400 g of King oyster mushrooms
  • 2 carrots, cut in chucks
  • 1 bunch of broccolini
  • 1 red capsicum chunky
  • 1 green capsicum chunky
  • 200 g of snow peas
  • 1 onion chunky
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh diced ginger
  • 4 dice garlic cloves
  • 6 x packets of Hokkien noddles, that’s 2640 g
  • 1 cup of oyster sauce
  • ½ cup of sweet soy
  • ½ cup of water

In a wok start with meat, onions, garlic and ginger.
Once the meat is cooked add the hard veggies, carrots and Broccolini.
After 10 minutes add the rest, then the sauces and the noodles, don’t over cook the veggies, you still need a little crunch to them.

This recipe is based on a family of 6, please adjust it to your own needs.
