BARBEQUE PORK CHOPS

  • 125 ml tomato sauce
  • 30 ml red wine vinegar
  • 30 ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 30 ml brown sugar
  • 5 ml mustard
  • 4 pork chops

Mix the tomato sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and mustard together.
Spoon over the chops and turn to coat well.
Preheat the air fryer to 200° C.  Line the basket with baking paper or foil.
Place the chops in the basket and cook for 10 – 12 minutes or until cooked through.
Turn the chops over halfway through the cooking time.

Note:
I only did 2 chops so I halved the barbeque sauce.
