BAKED CABBAGE
- 3 eggs
- 250 g cabbage, shredded
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- handful parsley, chopped
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 200 g cream cheese, plain
- salt and pepper to taste
- 200 g Mozzarella cheese for topping
Mix all the ingredients, except the cheese together, season to taste and place into a 15 x 15 cm greased ovenproof dish.
Sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until set and the cheese is melted and starts to brown.
Note:
I used ⅓ of the ingredients because it’s only me who eats cabbage. There was at least three portions.
