AMINA’S CUSTARD BURFEE
- 1 litre milk
- 155 g Nestle dessert cream
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 3 heaped tablespoons Klim milkpowder
- 1 heaped tablespoon custard powder
- 1 teaspoon Falooda powder
Boil milk with Klim, custard and Falooda powder.
Add Nestle cream and condensed milk. Stir well.
Remove from the stove and allow to cool in the pot for 5 minutes.
Set in bowls or moulds and decorate as desire.
