AIRFRYER GARLIC AND HERB FOCACCIA BREAD
- dough (I used a piece of store bought dough)
- olive oil
- crushed garlic to taste
- herbs to taste
- coarse salt to taste
Oil airfryer baking tin.
Place dough in tin and spread out.
Cover with damp cloth and leave to rise for about 30 min.
Heat airfryer to 180°C.
Poke holes in dough with fingers.
Dribble olive oil over dough making sure it goes in the holes.
Sprinkle crushed garlic over dough.
Sprinkle herbs over dough.
Sprinkle salt over dough.
Bake in airfryer for 15 minutes.
Remove and cut and enjoy.
